Products must be in original condition. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. E-mail us with your return request at proshop@stateamind.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) This Number must be clearly marked on the outside of all boxes. Returns will be refused without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#. We will give you a shipping address along with the RMA#. Send the product back to us (we recommend insurance and tracking). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we ve received, inspected, and processed the returned product. We will refund the same credit card originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. You are responsible for shipping and we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Stateamind Water Sports reserves the right to refuse any return. Sorry no refunds on closeout or package deals.
