Stateamind Watersports is currently seeking an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. This position is available immediatley and is considered full-time employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Answer phones and take messages
2. Greet customers
3. Data entry – i.e. new customer information, accounts payable, etc.
4. Fill out titling and registration paperwork for sold units
5. Follow up with customers via phone calls or letters
6. Filing and office organization
7. Sit in on and participate in weekly dealership meetings
8. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Event planning and organization
2. Assist in maintaining the website and online shopping cart
3. Assist in tracking warranty claims
4. Prepare bank deposits
5. Prepare monthly E-Newsletter
Core Competencies:
We are looking for a candidate with a positive, friendly attitude.
Pleasant phone and face-to-face communication skills required. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications is a plus. Excellent organizational skills
and attention to detail are necessary.
Experience:
Knowledge preferred in accounts receivable, account payables, monthly
profit and loss statements, purchasing and inventory control. Ideal candidate
would have receptionist skills, bookkeeping knowledge, and a pleasant, positive attitude.
Compensation:
Candidate would be paid hourly and the wage is negotiable.
