Product Return Policy:
Products must be in original condition.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
E-mail us with your return request at proshop@stateamind.com for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) This Number must
be clearly marked on the outside of all boxes.
Returns will be refused without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges
without a valid RMA#. We will give you a shipping address along with the RMA#.
Send the product back to us (we recommend insurance and tracking). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we ve received, inspected, and processed the returned product. We will
refund the same credit card originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. You are
responsible for shipping and we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Stateamind Water Sports reserves the right
to refuse any return. Sorry no refunds on closeout or package deals.
Shipping:
You will be notified by email on your order status.
A tracking number is available, just send us an email with your order number and a customer service member will sent you an
order update with a tracking number.
All shipping cost are figured on a per item bases, to each individual address. International orders may encounter special
pricing.
Product Warranty:
All Products purchased from Stateamind.com carry a full manufacturer warranty. If you have a defective product, please
e-mail us at proshop@stateamind.com immediately to determine if the product is
covered under the manufacturers warranty.
The return Process is the same as above.
Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, please e-mail us at proshop@stateamind.com immediately. It is
important that you keep the damaged packaging. We will have a carrier pick up the damaged package. We will send you a
replacement when the damaged item is received at our warehouse. |
